Commissioning & Start-Up is the last critical step of a project’s execution process. This phase transitions the project from the end of the construction phase to operational status.
The goal of this phase aims to validate the design parameters, code compliance and construction integrity of the project. All items are checked to verify operation in accordance with the construction documents. Final checklist items are confirmed for proper operation of the system. UST will at the customer’s request develop a complete commissioning script with the engineering staff to confirm the intent of the system.
Our factory trained commissioning team helps establish the necessary skills for the end user’s on-site personnel to maintain and operate the system after the completion of the project. The final step at this stage will be to perform onsite training to facility personnel that will manage the site and ensure years of trouble-free operation.
