Unified Services of Texas, Inc. (UST) of Southlake, Texas, has acquired Kansas City, Missouri-based Schwob Energy Services Fuel Division. In the acquisition, UST retained all assets of Schwob’s fuel division and took control of all Schwob fuel operations on January 1, 2017.
Schwob Energy Services Fuel Division will continue to do business as a newly formed division of UST.
“We believe the acquisition will provide additional synergies, support and growth for UST’s core work and capabilities,” said Marshall Ryan, President of UST.
James Robinett, who has managed Schwob’s Fuel Division for the past four years, will serve as manager of the new division. Before joining Schwob, Robinett was part owner of a fuel contracting business in Kansas City.
